Dr. Nick Rahimi

Assistant Professor

Bio

Dr. Nick Rahimi is an Assistant Professor at CSCE, Director of the Cyber Innovations Lab, Cybersecurity Program Coordinator, and NSA Point of Contact. His research focuses on cybersecurity, trustworthy AI, decentralized systems, brain-computer interface security, digital warfare, and computing sciences education.
With extensive teaching experience, he has developed and taught courses in cybersecurity, computer science, and IT, alongside a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
He holds a Ph.D. and master鈥檚 in computer science from Southern Illinois University and dual bachelor鈥檚 degrees in software engineering and information systems technologies.
